Your resume says “Mar 2022”. This form wants MM/YYYY, so I converted it.

19 filled, 3 to review, 1 empty.

It reads what a field means, not what it’s called.

Every site labels things its own way and splits them differently. Browser autofill gives up quietly. Onceover reads the label, the hint and the section around it — then tells you how sure it is.

“Employer” “Company name” “Current/most recent organisation” “Who do you work for?”
work[0].employer Halden Analytics One answer, every way it’s asked.

Three steps. The last one is always yours.

  1. 1

    Tell it once

Drop in your resume or paste your LinkedIn text. Onceover reads it on your device, and you check every detail before it’s saved.

    42 details found · 3 to check
  2. 2

    Fill in one click

Press the blue pill on any application. Fields fill in page order, each with a badge showing how sure Onceover is.

Fill with Onceover · 23 fields
  3. 3

    Give it the once-over

The side panel walks you through anything it wasn’t sure of. Then you press the site’s Submit — Onceover never does.

    All 23 reviewed

Nothing is filled silently.

Three colours, each with its own icon and words, so they read the same for everyone.

Filled

Matched the label and the format. Hover to see where the value came from.

Worth a look

Filled, but with a guess — a converted date, a closest option. It says which guess, in one line.

Needs you

Not sure what the field wants, so it’s left empty and flagged. Uncertain means ask, never guess.

Long answers, in your words. Every claim, yours.

“Why do you want this role?” gets a draft built only from your profile and the job on the page. Each draft lists the facts it used. If one is missing, it asks you rather than inventing it.

  • Pick a tone — direct, warm or formal
  • Respects the field’s character limit
  • Save the good ones to your answer library

It remembers what you sent, so you don’t have to.

Job pages disappear and forty applications blur together. Onceover keeps the record.

A copy of every application

Every answer you sent and the full job posting, saved the moment you submit — even if the company takes the page down.

A tracker that updates itself

Confirmations, invites and rejections move your tracker along, and quiet applications get a follow-up nudge. Emails are read in your browser, never uploaded.

Fill your profile by talking

Answer a few spoken questions about your work, snap a certificate, or jot a Friday win. Onceover turns it into facts you confirm — processed on your device.

It reads the form before you do.

Fake job ads ask for bank details and fees. Real ones sometimes ask for more than they need. Onceover flags both before anything is filled — and tells you honestly how well you fit the role, so you can spend your effort where it counts.

It asks for your bank account and a £49 starter-kit fee.

Local mode

Form data never leaves this browser. Use it for visa, council and other sensitive portals.

Assisted mode, zero retention

Long answers use a hosted model. Each request carries only what that one form needs, and nothing is kept.

Export or delete in one step

Your profile is encrypted on your computer. Download all of it, or erase all of it, from one page.

Questions

How is this different from Chrome’s autofill?

Chrome matches standard field names and fails quietly on application systems. Onceover reads what each field means, drafts long answers, and shows you what it filled and why before you submit.

Will employers see that I used it?

Onceover types into fields the way you would and leaves Submit to you. What arrives is your application, reviewed by you.

What happens when it’s wrong?

Fix the field in the side panel. Onceover remembers the correction for that field on that site, so it’s right next time.

Does it cost anything?

Filling and reviewing are free. [Pricing details for drafting limits and Pro.]

Can I use it for someone else?

Personas let you keep separate profiles — for your company or a family member — so details never mix.

Tell it once. Give it the once-over. Send every application yourself.
